When will my order be shipped?
At Ascend Lifestyle, we process all orders within 2 business day. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with your tracking number. Orders placed after 5PM AEST Friday will be processed on the next business day.
What are the shipping costs?
For Australian customers:
- $15 flat-rate shipping on all orders.
- Free shipping on orders over $150.
How long does delivery take?
You can expect your Ascend Lifestyle order to arrive within 2–4 days after receiving your tracking number.
Can I change my shipping address after the order is dispatched?
Yes, in many cases we can still help update your address after shipping. Please contact Ascend Lifestyle support as soon as possible to make changes.
